Guardian Home Program

We're so glad for your interest in being a Guardian Home! It is a special way to welcome puppies into our program and a great way for others to enjoy our puppies & helps us grow! We believe every dog deserves a great family that can give them individual attention

The Program

We partner with a local, qualified family and give them our pick of the litter in exchange for us to retain breeding rights. We will do up to 4 litters with females, or up to age 7 for males, with that dog before they are spayed/neutered and continue to remain with their guardian family. We cover all breeding related expenses, the family covers routine care.
This is Not a free dog! There is still a financial commitment involved both to ensure commitment to the quality of life for the dog, as well as commitment to the program. The cash incentives fully refund the amount paid for the dog + extra by the time the dog is ready to retire.
We pay our families a cash incentive each litter(females)/Year(males) for participating in the program and raising a wonderful pup.

Requirements

Live within 1 1/2 hour from Bristol, New Hampshire (or be willing to travel within that range)
No intact dogs of the opposite gender that you are getting.
have previous experience raising dogs & training.
Be able to properly train and socialize the puppy
Keep in regular contact with the breeder with updated pictures with the seasons or every 6 months.
Be fully committed to the dog even when the dogs retires from the program as it is your dog forever.

Benefits

We require the puppy to attend puppy classes, basic obedience and manners at a local trainer to you that has experience with the breed.
We do require our puppies to obtain CGC before entering our program, if you choose to enroll into the CGC class and at the end receive the certificate we will reimburse those classes up to $250
You will get pick of the litter based on health & temperament
A cash incentive each year for males/per litter for females.
